We are excited to be able to offer an Advanced Apprenticeship in Sound recording engineering and studio facilities.

This is an opportunity to work for at least a year, mostly at Cinderford SoundSpace, but also at Studio 340 in Cheltenham, build other work experience, undertake practical & technical studies and achieve two City and Guilds level 3 qualifications.

The apprenticeship is part Government funded and is only available to people who do not already have a Level 3 or higher qualification. The training is carried out locally, mostly at Studio 340. It is provided in partnership with Rotherham College.

In addition to working in the studio you would be involved in live sound, in marketing and in helping run teaching sessions.

We are looking for someone with strong motivation, a passion for music and for supporting other people in their music making.  You will need to have some existing experience and technical skills, be able to work both independently and in a team and be good at dealing with customers and students.
