Youth advisory group

The Youth Advisory Group are a collective of Gloucestershire based young creatives, aged between 18 – 25 who ultimately drive the decision making at The Music Works.

They are all passionate about breaking down barriers to access music making – generating a more inclusive offer while creating opportunities in the county for more young people to gain access into the creative industries.

They meet on a monthly basis facilitated by the Music Works and have an involvement of shaping our programmes, activities and strategy. They have led on creating a vision for the Gloucester Hub and have so far contributed to:

The design and implementation of our new studio
Our new creative leadership programme
Broadening the relevance and diversity on our board.
