After taking a couple of years off to work on other projects (and get married!), Mix & Mash is back! We will be running our summer school project as part of Of Course We Can from 8th – 12th August.

Mix & Mash Music Week will provide a crash-course in modern music making – starting off with music games to get your creative juices flowing, through to writing, practising and performing new music, before spending a day in the recording studio, making a pop video and pressing your first disc – this is the full rock star treatment!

There will be lots of instruments and gadgets to experiment with, from guitars and drums, through to iPads, Soundbeam, Theremin and other weird and wonderful music machines. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to develop your skills, our friendly musicians will find a way for you to get involved and bring your ideas to life!

Where? The Friendship Café & BuzzBeat Studio, Gloucester
